Ingredients:
For dough
Flour 750 grams
Yeast 2 tablespoon
Baking powder 1-1/2 teaspoon
Sugar 2 teaspoon
Salt 2 teaspoon
Egg 2-3 whole
Milk 1 cup
Butter 6 tablespoon
For sauce
Tomato paste 1 cup
Red chilies crushed 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Vinegar 2 tablespoon
Oil 3 tablespoon
Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon
Oregano ½ teaspoon
Thyme ½ teaspoon
For topping
Canned mushrooms 1 can
Chicken sausages ½ kg packet
Oregano 1 tablespoon
Black olives 6-7
Parsley 4-5 sticks
Oil 2-3 tablespoon
Method:
To make dough, take a bowl and put all the flour in it. In a separate cup take half cup slightly warm water and put the yeast in it for 20 minutes. Now add the yeast mixer in the flour. Add eggs, salt, sugar, butter, baking powder in it and combine them all by adding milk in it. Make dough and knead it with your palm for at least about 10 minutes. This effort will make your dough perfect and it will rise perfectly.
Now for sauce, put a pan on the stove and put tomato paste, red chilies, salt, oregano, thyme, vinegar, oil and chopped garlic in it. Cook it until the sauce thickens. Keep it aside.
Take another pan, heat the oil to medium temperature and put sliced sausages, sliced mushroom, oregano and parsley. Sauté it for 1-2 minutes and flame off the heat.
Now on a baking tray, roll out the dough, spread the tomato sauce, spread mozzarella cheese and spread the mushroom topping onto it. Cover it with mozzarella cheese and bake it about for 30-35 minutes at 190°C.
