Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

Base
Crushed plain biscuits                                  1packet
Melted butter                                        4tablespoon
For filling
Cream cheese                                         500 grams
Castor Sugar                                               1/3 cup
Eggs                                                            4 whole
Lemon grinds                                       1 tablespoon
Cream                                                         1/3 cup
Flour                                                   1 tablespoon
Butter                                                  2 tablespoon
Brown sugar                                                1/4 cup
Condensed milk                                   2 tablespoon
Hot water                                            2 tablespoon
Chocolate bar                                           50 grams
For Toping
Dark chocolate                                       150 grams
Cream                                                         1/4 cup
Crunchy Chocolate (any brand)              to decorate


Method:

For base, crush all biscuits and add melted butter in it. When it form like bread crumbs put it in baking tray and put that tray in fridge for 15 minutes to set the base. 
Now for filling, put the cream cheese in a bowl and add sugar in it. Make it fluffy with the help of a beater (either manual or electric beater). The add lemon grind, eggs, cream and flour in it. Mix it with the help of a spatula. Leave it aside.
In another pan, put 2 tablespoon butter, brown sugar, condensed milk and water. put it on the stove on slight heat. Mix it continuously until form a caramel light brown color sauce. Off the stove and let it cool.
Now take the baking tray from the fridge, pour half of the cream mixture in it. Add pieces of 50 grams chocolate bar and then add the caramel sauce. Now finally put the half left cream cheese mixture and put that tray in the oven at 150°C for 1 hour. Off the oven knob after one hour and let the tray stay in the oven for another 1 hour.
In a double boiler, put the 150 grams chocolate and 1/4 cup cream and mix it well until smooth.
Take out the tray from oven and grease it well on the top with the dark chocolate mixer. Decorate with the crunchy chocolate bar and serve after make it chill.
