Divine Chocolate Cup Cakes

Ingredients:

For cup cakes
Castor sugar                                         2 cups
Oil                                                        ½ cup
Hot water                                             ¼ cup
Eggs                                                     2 whole
Vanilla essence                                     2 teaspoon
Milk                                                     1 cup
Cocoa powder                                     1 cup
Baking powder                                     1-1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda                                         1-1/2 teaspoon
Salt                                                       1 teaspoon
Flour                                                    1-3/4 cup
For filling
Dark chocolate                                         100 grams
Cream                                                      100 ml
For frosting
Butter                                                       100 grams
Cocoa powder                                         2/3 cup
Vanilla essence                                         1 teaspoon
Milk                                                         1/3 cup
Icing sugar                                                3 cups

Method:

For cup cakes, take a bowl, put castor sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour. Mix it well. Now put oil vanilla essence, eggs and a cup milk and beat it well with the help of a beater. Then add hot water and beat it for 2 minutes. Now put that batter in the cup cakes mould and bake it for 180°C for 25 minutes.
For filling, put a sauce pan on stove in medium heat. Put cream in it and make it a bit boil. Then add dark chocolate in it. Mix it well until form a creamy sauce. Let it aside until cool.
For frosting, put 100 grams butter in a sauce pan and put it on stove on medium heat. Melt the butter and then add 2/3 cocoa powder in it. Mix it and then add vanilla essence and 3 cups icing sugar and then beat. Now finally add milk in it and beat it again until frothy. Put all the mixture in a piping bag.
Take out the cup cakes from oven and let it cool on any rack.
Take a cup cake and put the nozzle of the dark chocolate cream mixture at one of the side. Fill the cup cake with it. Repeat it to all cup cakes. Now take the frosting piping bag and decorate the cup cakes with any style you want. Serve it chill.
