Hot and Sour Soup

Ingredients:

Chili sauce                        2 tablespoon
Soya sauce                        1 tablespoon
Vinegar                              2 tablespoon
Black pepper (crushed)   1 teaspoon
Corn flour                           1-1/2 tablespoon
Tomato sauce                    2 tablespoon
Sugar                                   1/2 teaspoon
Salt                                       to taste
Water                                   4 cups
Capsicum (chopped)          2 tablespoon
Green onion (chopped)     2 tablespoon
Carrot(cut in small cubes) 2 tablespoon
Cabbage/broccoli (separate each flower)1/4 cup
For toping
Tofu(cut in 1/2 inch cubes) 1/2 cup
Croutons                                 as required

Method:

Put a pan on a stove. Put chili sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, black pepper, sugar, salt and water and let it boil. Once all things are mixed n boiled add capsicum, carrot, broccoli/cabbage, green onion and cook it for 5 to 8 minutes. Then take another bowl and put half cup water in it. Mix corn flour in it. Let this mixture add in the soup n stir it until the soup slightly thickens. Off the stove.
To make croutons, take bread slices n cut them into small 1 inches cube. Deep fry them in oil until golden brown. Take out in tissue paper to absorb the excess oil. 
Put the cubed tofu and croutons over the soup before serving...
